Club BV* is a member-driven educational wine tasting club rotating to various Historic Old Town and DC restaurants and clubs. We enjoy informative and simply enjoyable wine tastings - tasting eight wines - at one restaurant per month while sampling a

mazing hors d'oeuvres for a very respectable 30 - 40 dollars. We have sipped hundreds of different wines from different varietals and regions since out inception. Our founder is The Vino Vixen, who knows that the best way to experience and understand wine is not to merely read about them - but to drink them! In addition to enjoying and learning about fine wines, we also derive pleasure knowing that proceeds from our wine experiences assist different local charities each month.

Are Club BV* Wine Happy Hours for Members Only?

No, mes chers... Bon Vivants enjoy life and all those in it. All are welcome to partake in our Happy Hours, so long as they embody the Bon Vivant joy of life.

However, only Club BV* Members can purchase wine at our special Club BV* pricing. And only Club BV* Members and their invited guests may attend our monthly wine dinners (a true Bon Vivant experience). Additionally, with our exclusive membership cards, Club BV* Members enjoy special discounts at Metro DC establishments – like ½ price wine; complimentary appetizers; reciprocity at French Wine Society, and 1/2 price wine tastings at all Club BV* events.
